Equipment is well above standard. Protocols are evidence based and make sense. Specialty teams are a good.
Cons
Supervisors are ill equipped and hired based on their ability to fall in line. Excessive supervisors and managers means it’s impossible to find anyone to solve problems. Work culture is toxic, unsafe and hostile. Expectations of staff are not achievable.
