Be wary - Warehouse Associate Alberta Health Services Employee Review

Too many managers. Too many young people makes for a toxic environment. Lots of gossip. Lazy workers. 5-8 people out of 20 per shift do all the work while the rest get paid for standing around and listening to music. A few people have bluetooth speakers and force the rest of the staff to listen to their music instead of wearing recommended earbuds. Managers have favourites and constantly hire relatives that skate by then promoted with no experience. Nepotism is a major problem. There are many more negatives that make it not worth the above average pay.
