We are glad to hear you felt supported by your team members and leads and that the flexibility and remote work environment were positive points for you. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding call volume, break times and compensation. We offer a variety of different breaks and allow for self-scheduling to hopefully allow one to have the flexibility within their scheduled week and we are sorry if you did not utilize the 3 different types of breaks we offer. We are continuously evaluating staffing levels, scheduling practices, and operational processes to better support our teams while maintaining service standards for our clients. When it comes to compensation, this is something that we review regularly and will continue to review to ensure we are in line with industry and role standards. We genuinely appreciate the contributions you made during your time at AnywhereWorks and wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Pros

You can pick your own schedule, you pick it every week. You work from home, so you don't have to leave the house to get to work. You save money on gas and time on the commute.

Cons

There is a tier system based on performance. If you aren't doing the best with your stats, your tier will fall. Tiers get assigned every two weeks, and you have to constantly upkeep your stats to have a good tier. Your tier determines how soon you can pick your schedule.
