Cons
-Some people were getting shifts below 3 hours which is illegal in Ontario . -Your schedule is not guaranteed, may be no shifts per week. -You have to push yourself so hard to the point where you feel physically ill . -Have to handle three live chats at once, impossible to meet the standards (respond in under 1 min, wrap up in 5 min). -Micromanaged, someone will send you a DM if you go over your time limit. -Favoritism if you don’t have right “look” . -Periodic layoffs ("no cause termination") but hiring constantly. I can only assume this is to be to remind employees that they're disposable and not to complain too much. People have been complaining the quality reviews are all over the place, now there are more layoffs.
