Pros
It’s not worth it really
Cons
This company has a pretentious culture that everyone is putting on a mask about how great the company is but its culture is rotten to the core. They pretend that they “support” employees but indeed when employees ask for something (even a small thing) managers become condescending, controlling and making it every way possible to make u give up of what you want. They will not accommodate you even a small issue they would blow it up and not give it to you. Some managers put on their fake smiles walking around but any minutes they could talk behind your back. Managers who got promoted got 0 people management skills, just because their upper boss was new and would have 0 organizational knowledge. So good for the upper boss but employees below are suffering of bad managers who don’t know how to treat people. They also have mentality of if it’s not broken broken don’t change it so a lot of things got stuck in the past and now new best practices things are being implemented because if those peole. Most new people moved from RBC with big fake corporate cut throat culture and they apply that mentality to a company of 800 people, making employees suffocated. People don’t generally like going to the office but with the fake culture you have to say u like it and it’s for “collaboration”. Managers ask employees to “support” upper people’s decision even when you don’t feel the same. 0 career progression
