Cons
Where to start? The root of the many issues of this company is that upper management (who make all the decisions) is so far removed from the people who the actual decisions and changes affect. Decisions are made in a vacuum, and employees are treated as numbers on a spreadsheet. Bass Pro is a true corporation in the cliche sense. Work here if you are okay with making below-average to average pay and dreading going to work.
Another huge issue is what they allow the customers to get away with. Appalling, really, and some customers should be ashamed of the way they act, but people will always take as much as you allow and then some, so really it starts with the company setting clear boundaries that protect ITSELF but also its employees.
