Pros

AndCustomers were great, love the books

Cons

*Management belittles their employees after a while telling them how terrible at their job they are to push you out. *Follow policies to the letter but wasnt good enough and they give you a corrective even after management tells you to do it that way. Then question why you did it that way 7 times in hope you will change your story to write you up. Store manager is friends with HR personal so she will never be held accountable for her actions and once they decide you are the next to be forced out, they tell you how aweful you are at your job. *Store manager and corporate in training manager gang up on staff, yet are the kast to actually follow policy then throw you under the bus for their actions.

Pros

Opportunities to move up and gain more knowledge, enjoyable workplace with flexibility and open lines of communication. Feel valued and fulfilled. Corporate and home office has improved communication and clarity significantly, Company allows stores more freedom in how they achieve success and what their stores can decide on when it comes to changes and updates.

Cons

In my opinion, pay can be on the lower end. Experience can be dependent on your management/person above you, but that is usual.
