      Mobilization premiums when on site.

      Cons

      Very low base pay for salaried employees. Benefits package is below standard. Lots of hours required without adequate compensation. No room for career advancement unless you're French. Management is discriminatory. Safety is treated as a joke. You will be asked to break laws and policies for the sake of achieving a milestone.

      Good coworkers, learned a lot about the industry

      Cons

      No room for advancement unless you are in the pocket of upper management or French. Pay for salary employees sucks. Labourers make more than salaried employees. Upper management very disorganized. Expected to work long hours without compensation. No proper onboarding
