Incredibly low pay. Incredible amount of unpaid OT. Extremely defensive management and supervisors/directors who never take responsibility for things that go wrong. Higher ups hire and promote their friends over competent people. Managers sit and watch youtube or netflix and tell you to ask someone else when you ask them for something. No HR, but even then they just wouldn't care since if you criticize you're simply not a ''team player'' Owners don't seem to care.
