Pros

Met great people with who I enjoy working with at other studios after everyone left

Cons

Incredibly low pay. Incredible amount of unpaid OT. Extremely defensive management and supervisors/directors who never take responsibility for things that go wrong. Higher ups hire and promote their friends over competent people. Managers sit and watch youtube or netflix and tell you to ask someone else when you ask them for something. No HR, but even then they just wouldn't care since if you criticize you're simply not a ''team player'' Owners don't seem to care.

- Work Visa Sponsorship - Cultural - Near Sky Train - Large Kitchen - Aaron and Brenda are great - Some standing desks (If lucky) - Tablets - Good experience if new to the industry.

Cons

- Disorganized - High turn over rate - Food is far and hard to get to - The higher up's do not respond to important emails - Has a depressing vibe - Drama between people - Was hired for my skills, didn't utilize my skills

Some genuinely great people and artists Nice activities Can't complain about free food and the breakfast

Cons

Boy oh boy what a roller coaster management and organization is. From unnecessary meetings to almost 0 clear communication and direction. Artists don't get the credit they deserve, they constantly want the artists to be experts at everything but when it comes to accept artist suggestions the Production and Management turn a blind eye. Way to many iterations for everything and a huge overhead in reviews hindering everything. All comes down to mismanagement and miscommunication which is a shame as the studio has great potential
