Good people increasingly bad management - Lighter Bron Studios Employee Review

Boy oh boy what a roller coaster management and organization is. From unnecessary meetings to almost 0 clear communication and direction. Artists don't get the credit they deserve, they constantly want the artists to be experts at everything but when it comes to accept artist suggestions the Production and Management turn a blind eye. Way to many iterations for everything and a huge overhead in reviews hindering everything. All comes down to mismanagement and miscommunication which is a shame as the studio has great potential
