Thank you for taking the time to post and I'm sorry you felt unsupported in your role or undervalued. If during your exit interview you gave similar feedback, please be assured we will take that under consideration and give this feedback to the relevant personnel. Feedback on the schedule is something that we will flag at production level. I'm sorry you didn't feel the management training had value. The feedback we have received from the training was very positive, as we aimed to empower the managers in the studio to be supported & help develop their skills. The animation industry in Ireland hasn't always had dedicated learning and development functions, so when we have this resource available to us, we want to support those who are growing into, or are in, management positions through that function. Something we can take from your review from working with us is that, even if we feel we are doing our best to support & to encourage our crew, not everyone is feeling the same way, and so we should aim to see how we can best capture the thoughts of those who are feeling unsupported.
