Benefits are the only plus, but salaries don’t match the work load. They try and make you feel better by adding the benefit costs to your total said ‘salary’.
Cons
Zero room for growth. Layoffs are frequent. Anytime a management of supervisor quits, the position is eliminated. Low pay. Heavy Implementation of AI doesn’t improve work, but creates more work. Haphazardly make decisions without thoughtfully thinking of how it impacts their employees or customers. It’s like landing a plane before it’s been built. Stay away!

Good amount of PTO. Use every bit of it to maintain your sanity.
Usually opportunities for OT, since they don't keep staffing ratios to keep up with the volume of work that needs to be taken care of.
Cons
Significant lay offs and restructuring keep people on edge thinking they'll get the boot next.
The CEO makes millions, while canceling merit pay increases that get dangled over your head by supervisors all year to meet their benchmarks.
Most phone calls are cranky customers looking for late trucks or calling back due to rescheduling out.
