      TERRIBLE pay recently, multiple rounds of layoffs, those that are left have to pick up the pieces - for less pay. New CEO's shift is an "investment into AI" not into its people, company wide denial of pay annual pay increase in 2025,

      Pros

      Good amount of PTO. Use every bit of it to maintain your sanity. Usually opportunities for OT, since they don't keep staffing ratios to keep up with the volume of work that needs to be taken care of.

      Cons

      Significant lay offs and restructuring keep people on edge thinking they'll get the boot next. The CEO makes millions, while canceling merit pay increases that get dangled over your head by supervisors all year to meet their benchmarks. Most phone calls are cranky customers looking for late trucks or calling back due to rescheduling out.
