      Easy job if you hustle. Money was great until they automated half of the job and cut half of the pay.

      Cons

      Office leadership spent all day in meetings. Not enough time on the floor. Poor training.

      Pros

      Good amount of PTO. Use every bit of it to maintain your sanity. Usually opportunities for OT, since they don't keep staffing ratios to keep up with the volume of work that needs to be taken care of.

      Cons

      Significant lay offs and restructuring keep people on edge thinking they'll get the boot next. The CEO makes millions, while canceling merit pay increases that get dangled over your head by supervisors all year to meet their benchmarks. Most phone calls are cranky customers looking for late trucks or calling back due to rescheduling out.
