      Pros

      Good part, you learn a lot about the logistics/transportation industry. That's where it ends.

      Cons

      Zero training. Office bullying is encouraged and to be considered as "healthy competition" One has to work there for ten years to make a decent salary. AWFUL MANAGEMENT! Carriers, customers, and employees hate CHR..they are on their way out.

      Pros

      Good amount of PTO. Use every bit of it to maintain your sanity. Usually opportunities for OT, since they don't keep staffing ratios to keep up with the volume of work that needs to be taken care of.

      Cons

      Significant lay offs and restructuring keep people on edge thinking they'll get the boot next. The CEO makes millions, while canceling merit pay increases that get dangled over your head by supervisors all year to meet their benchmarks. Most phone calls are cranky customers looking for late trucks or calling back due to rescheduling out.
