I met a lot of great people who were willing to teach me a lot.
Cons
Managers simply do not care about the majority of their team members, and you will be assigned to handle shipments for clients oftentimes with very little or no information such as SOP, tariff numbers, whether or not any of the items being shipped are subject to government regulations and fees, etc. You are also rated by the amount of entries you submit weekly, which is an unfair rating system due to the massive difference in shipment size between different accounts.
