      I learned A LOT about what not to do - I guess that is a good take away.

      Cons

      Old Boys Club with token female leadership and no authentic intention to change. Who you know trumps what you know - ALWAYS! I have never met so many people committed to their delusional concept of competency! Co-operatives are a great business model but the model can only survive so much inbreeding!

      Well organized, Very good pay.

      Cons

      I was not informed the previous two drivers to occupy the position, crashed the trucks in ditches due to night shift exhaustion/ burnout.
