Good location. That is it.

I was very excited and eager to work for this company but it was not at all what I expected. Management was terrible. Rude. People there toxic. I would literally hear them gossip about their coworkers. Some people would just stroll in at 10:30am and spend the whole day socializing and gossiping. Maybe put in 2 hours of work. They stressed how busy they are but on a few occasions I was told to wait for a new task. Waiting up to 3 hours with nothing to do. Was not on boarded probably and then later scolded for not being informed. I would point things out on drawings that will be a conflict during construction. Was told not to worry about it and then later hear my PC taking credit for my findings. There's no room to grow. I ended up introducing myself to my manager after 3 weeks of waiting for them. Their response was "is that it?" And walked away. The work is boring and not challenging. 60% of the people act like highschoolers. Don't waste your time with this company.

Opportunity to work on different projects at a time.

Less opportunities to grow. Overtime is required.
