The dogs, their parents, and MOST of the employees.
Cons
Owners only care about money. Prices will go up immediately, and without warning for parents. Hours are cut without enough warning. They expect more without paying for it, or staffing correctly. They butt in to everything, and do things incorrectly without informing the correct people. They are rude and fake. All parents that have met them are horrified that they own this business.
Dogs actually dislike them, and this has been witnessed many times by several employees.
Not to mention they hire and keep a convicted child molester while there is a minor on staff. They also save parent's credit card info without asking, and will charge it without informing parents. This is not legal in this state.
Just awful. 100% do not recommend.
