-Heavily funded but poorly and inequitably managed.
-Can't keep an HR professional because the founder refuses to maintain a psychologically safe environment for all people especially racially and marginalized people.
-Releases heavily politically charged statements without thinking through how their workforce will be affected and also asks for donations to political and religious institutions DESPITE being advised how inappropriate and psychologically unsafe this is from HR specifically from a DEIB lens.
-Heavy self-victimizing approach across the organization.
-Meetings are basically an opportunity for exec to ramble - zero structure or purpose.
-Poorly thought out layoffs.
