      Working at the Lodge is truly rewarding. It’s a small, close‑knit team with kind and supportive coworkers and management. The work is meaningful, clients are genuinely appreciative, and you really feel like you’re making a positive difference every day. It’s an environment that encourages long‑term commitment and personal fulfillment.

      Cons

      No cons other then early morning/late night shifts on the weekends. However you are made well aware of that before working.

      - Good company environment - Rewarding helping others

      Cons

      - stressful - salary is below average (really bad) - physically and mentally exhausting - the job description of role is not what you expect as they will stretch you thin by making you do more out of your job scope without being paid a living wage
