      Mission is top-notch, clear and transparent financials, always watching cost-to-raise a dollar to try to ensure the money goes to the mission not to admin.

      Cons

      Treat staff terribly. Worst moral I have ever encountered in the Development profession. Years of terrible leadership have taken a toll and we cannot retain a talented development workforce.

      - Good company environment - Rewarding helping others

      Cons

      - stressful - salary is below average (really bad) - physically and mentally exhausting - the job description of role is not what you expect as they will stretch you thin by making you do more out of your job scope without being paid a living wage
