Pros
In my personal experience, none.
Cons
- Management has no idea what they're doing, often standing around doing nothing. - I was hired for one job, they had me assigned to a completely different task, telling me every day "just give me one more day to get you started," it never happened. - The process of getting employed in the first place took entirely too long, their HR department is really good at making themselves seem important by taking over a month to finally get me in for my first shift. - To the previous point, they also kept my references on the phone for over a half an hour each during business hours, this was a no-skill job mind you. - Furthermore to the previous two points, I used fake references and the geniuses in HR didn't pick up on it at all.
