Flexible work schedule, good hardworking coworkers, opportunity to grow for some, good products
Cons
Senior mgmt has lost its way. Doesn't live to the values it purports. The massive reduction in workforce is putting an incredible strain on those left. Lot of smoke and mirrors development these days. Now those that are left are looking for better job opportunities. Benefits are continually being winnowed down to the embarrassing, especially for a healthcare organization.
