Pros
Great place if you're young and need job experience. Hours weren't too bad but very dependent on location. Free bread and treats can keep you fed. Online learning portion, but you're paid for that time. Coworkers were great and my manager/owner were very kind and understanding.
Cons
Franchise-ran so the way things work depend on the owner/location which is fine, but corporate visits were the most annoying. Wouldn't happen often, but they'd start to micromanage workers for the duration of their visit. They should work a shift or two every month just to see how things truly work instead of throwing a wrench in the overall flow of the store.
