Pros

This company gives me hope to pursue my dreams. I can truly say that this is the perfect workplace an employee could ever asked to work for. People are very friendly especially the management. They’re all very nice to the employees.

Cons

If there’s something the company could do better, that is to keep what they are doing. They manage the business well, especially on how they treat their employees and for me that is enough to make employees stay longer than usual.

Dreadful management Major office politics Extreme lack of communication in the entirety of my employment Agents are treated as numbers Ideas of opportunities for growth are preached but severely limited and is significantly influenced by office politics
