Pros
- lowest level employees are the most stressed out -> hence they share similar feelings on how the company is run (not positive at all)
- if you want something stressful and a stepping stone in your career, do not work here
- if you are hardworking and a workaholic, you will be taken advantage badly - nothing else
Cons
- the company runs like a badly led start up run by highschoolers, even though it's been around for over a decade
- upper management are headless chickens running around with no idea on how the company actually works
- the highest paying people are the most useless and all they do (including the CEO) is stress out the people that actually do the work
- upper management also likes to push the blame onto newer staff; if there is a problem with an account and even though you are not to blame, they will throw you under the bus
- communication is non-existent in this company -> departments do not talk to each other or hide things from other departments making it really hard to communicate things properly to clients
- if entered at an entry level position, expect to have a mental breakdown within less than one month of working here
- what is work life balance
- I've personally cried many times at work and at home due to the stress
- if you're good at what you do, you get to do other's job description
- no one has an idea on what KPI is, nor is there any raises or bonuses, or quarterly or yearly reviews
- there is a high turn over rate for a reason
- if u don't understand Chinese GL
