      Pros

      Makes you employable for other jobs. 3 weeks vacation is above the average of 2 weeks for entry-level. Good location.

      Cons

      You will not make any commission. The FX space is a low margin industry so don't expect getting a promotion at all, unless you manage to last 3 years (you wont). Management is clueless and provides no freedom in how you can reach your KPIs, they only care about the dials, you will basically dial for dollars. Read positive reviews with a bowl of salt not just a grain.

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
