Very badly organized, no structure to projects, no team work across departments. The absolute worst aspect is the senior management, they create a nasty work environment where everyone is miserable and do nothing to build a proper team. They Harbour toxic personalities and do nothing to address glaringly obvious issues with particular managers that create terrible work environment for their staff.
