Their so called People and Culture team is a mini mafia. They are so toxic that they eliminate everyone who has a voice or an opinion in the company. They fired 6 people, within 8 months, just around 1 manager and another 5 resigned or changed departments within the same period. They are still not fixing the manager, but continuing to punish and destroy employee's career. Their leadership team is so toxic that gives you a lot of anxiety and stress at work and you literally hate going back to work. They will make you work overtime and weekends and they do not even compensate the extra hours.
