Most of coworkers are knowledgeable and approachable, some interesting projects to work on.
Cons
Very political, zero WBL if you ever want to be promoted, LOW PAY considering their importance as a GC, poor diversity in upper management, and office facilities offer only (bad) coffee and you can't even store food in the fridge.
