Decent product that has potential

It is hard to know where to even start. To say that Enable and specially their President of Field Operations have ruined my mental health and my wife's and children's mental health is not enough. I have over 10+ years of a successful career in Sales and I have never in my life been treated by leadership the way I am treated at Enable. The manipulative, toxic, finger-pointing culture is the reason why the Sales organization is a revolving door. No one stays here for too long. I have been contacted by several leaders and successful sales people that have worked under the President of Field Operations at other organizations and have learned that he leaves a path of destruction wherever he goes. Funny thing is that his LinkedIn posts are all about leading with empathy, leading by example. Do you research and reach out to past employees and ask about their opinion/review before moving forward. Ps* They made us all write positive reviews on Glassdoor in the past - dont trust the good reviews.

Pros

Pay is decent when you start, but don’t expect it to go up because they’re very straightforward about the fact that they’re struggling financially so there won’t be any merit increases and virtually no promotions. Work from home and equipment stipend is nice

Cons

Revolving door of sales people. There’s a reason most people last less than a year. They either notice the red flags immediately and leave or inevitably get fired. No demand for the product. Poor leadership. All around a recipe for disaster. I genuinely believe it’s too late to fix and the company is on a fast trajectory towards crashing. Truly a company build on hopes, dreams, and AI slop.
