Enable International reviews

I have shared my honest opinion in this platform before, but turns out it does not matter. Reviews are getting deleted and removed and unfortunately there will be many more like this. I would just recommend anyone seeking a role in this organization to do thorough research before accepting any offer. There are plenty of companies out there that will value you, unfortunately my experience at Enable puts the organization out of that scope in my books. I would highly recommend speaking to current employees and if possible older employees. You can save yourself alot of time and effort by doing so. There are honest individuals in the organization that will give you the full picture, you just have to ask the right questions.

It is hard to know where to even start. To say that Enable and specially their President of Field Operations have ruined my mental health and my wife's and children's mental health is not enough. I have over 10+ years of a successful career in Sales and I have never in my life been treated by leadership the way I am treated at Enable. The manipulative, toxic, finger-pointing culture is the reason why the Sales organization is a revolving door. No one stays here for too long. I have been contacted by several leaders and successful sales people that have worked under the President of Field Operations at other organizations and have learned that he leaves a path of destruction wherever he goes. Funny thing is that his LinkedIn posts are all about leading with empathy, leading by example. Do you research and reach out to past employees and ask about their opinion/review before moving forward. Ps* They made us all write positive reviews on Glassdoor in the past - dont trust the good reviews.
