Toxic leadership, toxic culture - Marketing Enable International Employee Review

Pros

Decent pay, variety of work

Cons

Enable allows top leadership to easily assemble teams of former colleagues, creating a very toxic environment of favoritism and bias. If you’re not part of the “inside clique”, you are treated as a disposable outcast. It’s literally the most toxic work environment I’ve ever been a part of.

Pros

- There was so much potential, until they forgot about their customers and focused solely on revenue. - The market needs a platform to help manage rebates, but the tool has to work. - Making some changes, but will take years to reverse the damage.

Cons

- Customers rarely go live, it's a big problem. The land & expand motion can only be half fulfilled. (land) - Product is completely lost and they haven't made any meaningful upgrades in the last 2 years. It's clear that the CPO is in way over his head. Product roadmap has zero hard timelines and everything comes with an asterisks, leaving you questioning what will actually be developed. History with him at the helm, shows nothing will. - The CRO is non-existent. You would think someone who carries the organizational number might actually care, and want to be involved, but it couldn't be further from the truth. He doesn't even attend forecast calls at the end of a quarter.
