Pros
Working at Enercare created an avenue for me to grow. I started as a direct contact with the business, receiving incoming calls and making sure that clients' needs are communicated verbatim to provide solutions. Through the process, I was able to understand clients' concerns and provide tailored solutions. Through my recommendations at direct contact, my team coordinator identified that I would be better at client engagement, which was more of a sales department, and we only handled sales. I was able to grow exponentially within a short time frame with an OTE assigned within this department. My manager identified my skills and raised my commissions often, even when I don't hit the OTE by a small stretch monthly, which was really accommodating. Overall workplace environment was very accommodating, and they monitored individual areas of efficiency and applied my skillset to those areas, which in turn made my work more fun to accomplish. I grew revenue within the business by over 25% within the first 6months, and my elevation in departments was within 2-3 months.
Cons
No cons, remote workplace, request to come into the office sometimes, but I barely worked at the office. I always hated requests to come to the office
