Great management, people leaders! Friendly environment, reasonable expectations.

Not many cons. It would be nice to have more of a set schedule but I know that's not realistic in careers that are sales based.

Flexible work/ life balance and great pay. Fun and fast pace atmosphere. Great shifts and flexibility.

Traveling is required. Sometimes long distances as a freelance artist but this is required. I will say I feel like there should be more accommodation for freelance who do part time such as benefits.
