Just don’t - Anonymous employee FYidoctors Employee Review

I am lucky to be a part of FYidoctors. This company provides opportunities for the hungry individuals to succeed. As an example, I went from no experience in optical to lower management to integrations within a few years. This is largely due to my coaches recognizing my contributions and having one on one discussions about my goals. And that's what I love about this company; FYidoctors believes in coaching employees. I've never felt like I was being subdued, that my ideas weren't considered, or that I am not recognized for my accomplishments. Simply put, FYidoctors is a great place to work.

It would be a cop-out to say there are no cons with my company, but I feel strongly that the cons I have come up against have been short lived. My experience has been if you address issues with respect, you will be met with the same respect and, 9 times out of 10, a resolution that benefits all parties. If I had to name one improvement, it would be communication. This can always be improved upon, especially with the ever growing use of digital communication. Comparing to other companies we have collaborated with, it is clear we are world class in this skill and I want us to keep that pride.

Good hours and good pay

There were no cons that I encountered
