Hello, Thank you for leaving your feedback and experience regarding being an employee at Farber. We are sorry to hear that your experience at Farber was not as you had hoped and expected. We do value and appreciate your comments, but also find them to be disappointing. At Farber, our culture and transparency with our communication are key to making us the success that we have endured for 44+ years. We are in the business of helping and supporting people that need our services through very difficult and challenging times in their lives. We want to be available for our clients but would not ask our Debt Solutions Manager (“DSM’s”) or any other front-line Manager to work additional hours if they are unable. Our management team work very hard and closely with our DSM’s to ensure a healthy work-life balance and offer support in all areas of our business. We have a strong and approachable team that wants to see only success for our employee and the business. Farber has grown tremendously over the past few years and continues to structure the firm to meet our client and employee needs. We strongly disagree with your comment regarding how promotions are given at Farber, as we have a thorough process in place to ensure that the best candidate (employee) is given the promotion. The attributes we look for are experience, leadership qualities and the ability to support our business needs and goals. We agree that one of the most attractive benefits working at Farber is the ability to work remotely from home. This enables flexibility and supports work-life balance, which allows DSM’s to reach their clients at times that are best suited for the needs of our clients. With these additional benefits, at Farber, we do have an expectation of accountability to our clients, team and staff members. We were very disappointed to read your comment about our People & Culture team, we strive to go above and beyond in supporting our members and will continue to look for ways to better do this.
