Pros

There is flexibility and it is a low pressure job where you won't really get bored as there are different things to be doing all time, in shipping, receiving and printing/self-serve help

Cons

Management is incompetent in many areas with no grasp of the realities of the situation on the floor and oftentimes you are short-staffed due to people calling in sick. Other employees are often not trained in all parts of the business so are unable to help with everything.
