Whether or not employees can perform together is another question entirely, as work conflict seems to be more of a priority than valuing the customers. The atmosphere is not diversive, as it also tolerates workplace harassment in systems of hierarchy. It also is problematic with complacency near-miss hazards and biological hazards as there was mouse feces behind the computer desk where I was studying as well as behind their office assistants computer desk aswell where food is often kept over the weekends. I had lost the job I cared for because I literally asked for help and was later falsely acused for yelling in the office by foreman Damir, to which I don't know how someone can act so dramatically uncomposed and deceitful in light of a subject that shouldn't have even been a work conflict. 'Workplace Harassment 2018' needs to clearly be revised and studied again. No channel of authority cared for how I was misrepresented. It is a highly disrespectful and immoral work enviroment. It is advised you deal with work problems privately in writing and express them at a different channel than it's head office as they are not there to address accumulating troubles.
