Pros
Good challenging work experience, light work atmosphere, very flexible and great work/life balance. Work from home whenever you feel like it! Also, get the world's best known brand on your resume.
Cons
Zero growth opportunities in Canada at all levels from IT to Marketing to Accounting. Feels like a government job where people just work to retire instead of working to build their career. NOT a place for recent grads. It's a good place to work if you're in Finance, everyone else won't have much opportunity and learning.
