Pros
relatively good salary and benefit for fresh grads and new immigrates who have no experience. few mid managers are generally good and open to initiatives.
Cons
where to start... even with good starting salary but you have to be aware that promotion & salary increase are essentially impossible While some mid managers are good, top management is a mess and very reluctant to change. Politics are everywhere among different departments and make inter-team cooperation almost impossible. Generally if you're new comers or new grads, it's a good starting point but make sure you move on as soon as possible.
