Pros
Was able to set our own schedules. Students greatly benefited from live services.
Cons
Fired all of us in 2020 without forewarning, using COVID as an excuse, telling us that we WEREN'T fired but should at the same time look for employment elsewhere. Didn't care that the students were struggling with remote learning after outsourcing our jobs overseas.
