Don't be fooled by this Instagram-approved company trying to sell a dream of 'helping others' with their 'life changing' content. I've seen 19 members of staff leave within 6 months of working at this company. People management is the worst I've ever come across and to put it simply, they treat humans like disposable garbage.
Nobody is ever good enough for Goalcast, which is why they continually run the same job advertisements for years on end. They hire people on short trials to get new ideas without having to give these people the benefits of a full time employee, and these people are sacked on the spot, often overnight.
Also, looks matter. You have to fit their Instagram approved look and persona to be considered as an employee. If you don't have that, you will not remain here.
I've seen multiple people move from across Canada to work for Goalcast, often with family, uprooting their entire life only to be dropped overnight because the manager disliked one of their ideas, or they didn't get enough video views with their latest idea. There is absolutely no room for employee growth here.
