      Pros

      Working in a startup is challenging but extremely rewarding at the same time. The founders who believe in the mission of the company truly reflects the culture we have here. Its a fast paced environment where you need to be quick on your feet, pivot when needed and be innovative as this is not a "copy - paste" job typically seen in a corporate environment. We value those who have a growth mindset and are driven to understand how we work and expect to focus on how you can add value to the organization.

      it is fast paced, may need to handle tight deadlines and abolish projects that do not align with the organizations goals.

      Pros

      - Flexibility - They actually listen to feedback and grow/change from it. - no micromanaging - Culture is great, people are great. - There's so much opportunity for growth here, but you have to have a good grasp on who you are as a person. - you opinion is encouraged at all times, even if it results in conflict - great benefits to help you grow (self dev $, health $)

      Cons

      Being one of the only US employees, the benefits aren't 1-1 with the Canadian employees, but that's somewhat to be expected with a growing company. I'm confident they'll get there at some point.
