Pros

The pay and bonus are good

Cons

I worked at GroupSource and had a deeply frustrating experience due to poor management and lack of fairness in the workplace. I was consistently present in the office, supporting users hands-on, while a colleague, (A WHITE DUDE) who was rarely in office and frequently worked from home, was never held to the same standards. Despite this, I was questioned about metrics like ticket numbers, with no regard for the in-person support I was providing daily. When I brought up these concerns to my manager, they were dismissed without real consideration. I often felt unsupported, when I encountered challenges or needed guidance, I was left to figure things out on my own. Ultimately, I was let go after 9 months, with vague feedback that I "wasn't good enough," and I was replaced immediately(BY A WHITE MALE). The experience left me disillusioned, as it felt more like a decision based on favoritism and optics than performance or potential.

Pros

- Benefits - Casual dress codes

Cons

- I left my previous job to work here, only to get fired for poor training and favoritism. I'd advise looking elsewhere. - Extreme high turnover. Employees are getting fired for unfair reasons, and extremely high expectations with scorecards. - Job description says it's hybrid, but worked in a scheduled rotation where it's required to be in the office almost every day. - Favoritism. Got frustrated having specific adjudicators report me to the audit teams and supervisors over complex claims they can fix themselves, but never report other employees who "look" like them. - Only get a 30-minute unpaid lunch break - Don't have my own desk, first come first serve to sit at a desk - Working there is like a sweat factory. Had to skip 30-minute breaks to meet extremely high claims expectations or deal with stacks of mailed-in paper claims that need to be sorted out by the end of the day each day
