- laid off entire teams without remorse, the threat with lay offs is permanent; job insecurity - no ethics regarding their employees, you are just a number and they have no shame on doing whatever they want - micromanagement - corporatism at its peek - many mediocre managers and that is because you need connection to get such a job, not be good at it - does not allow any kind of honest opinion about managers and company; do that and you will face the consequences, although they say they "encourage" honest feedback - average compensation, almost no bonus for the past 4 years; does not compete with the market.
