Pros
Some of the people there are great, amazing location, some festivals are super cool
Cons
Former CPO also would constantly call me by the wrong name (despite my correcting her), while current CPO was condescending & rude.
Management is absolutely not tuned-in to what you are doing, they are incredibly disorganized amongst each other. My team leads were nice, and the manager was not in direct contact with me but still took it upon themselves to give me 'feedback' when the only contact we had together was her scheduling me. I was reprimanded for not speaking up enough in our hour long team meetings - what did they expect me to say?
There was often little to do day-to-day, despite constantly seeking out things to do, and so was given "busywork" that was not listed in my job description nor part of my duties.
There was little to no training, just expected to "learn on the go" - which is good for some things, but ultimately if you lack knowledge in an area it's on you. Was made to feel stupid for simply asking for details about how certain things/facilities worked. Pay is NOT good for the variety of tasks/duties they expect you to do.
Some team members do not bother to make you feel welcome - you will be made to feel like if your whole life isn't Harbourfront and events, you are not "like them". I was condescended and talked down to by my team members MANY times.
