      Pros

      "flexible" schedule means you can technically choose your schedule

      Cons

      You must pick from what is available so it's very chaotic. The pay is low. The weird spacing between shifts makes it feel like you're working much more than you actually are.

      Pros

      Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.

      The seniors we work with,and the satisfaction of helping them remain in their homes.

      Cons

      No benefits,no vacation time,unstable work hours,no oppoetunities for education to become a certified PCA or HHA.
